Noida or Bangalore or Pune) for a Senior Patent Attorney/Agent/Professional - Chemistry with core focus on drafting patent specifications for IN, US, and EP markets in Chemistry, Chemical and Life Sciences domain. Colleagues with Biotechnology or Chemical backgrounds are sincerely requested not to apply for this role. The professional will handle mainly mandates associated with drafting of patent applications along with prosecution support such as for preparing FER responses, undertaking peer reviews, and undertaking hearings. The role also includes conducting due diligence, patent strategy development, and ensuring compliance with various legal standards. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and liaising with clients will be key aspects of this role.QualificationsProficiency in drafting, preparing, and reviewing Patent ApplicationsIn-depth understanding of Patent Law, including prosecution and complianceExperience with Due Diligence and strategic advisory related to patentsStrong analytical and research skills, particularly in chemistry-related domainsExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teamsBachelor's or advanced degree in Chemistry or a related field; a law degree is a strong advantageRegistration with relevant patent authorities or bar association is preferredPossession of client-focused mindset with a track record of managing long-term client relationships
