The role involves end-to-end execution of statutory audits under Indian regulatory frameworks, working closely with seniors, managers, and partners on multiple audit engagements across sectors.CA freshers are welcome only if they have relevant statutory audit exposure during articleship.Key ResponsibilitiesConsultant / Senior ConsultantExecute statutory audits of private, public, and listed companiesPerform audit procedures in line with Standards on Auditing (SAs)Prepare audit working papers, documentation, and audit reportsAssist in testing of financial statements, balances, and disclosuresSupport seniors in audit planning and fieldwork executionCoordinate with client finance teams for data and clarificationsAssistant ManagerIndependently handle audit areas and supervise junior team membersPerform risk assessment, audit planning, and execution reviewsReview working papers and ensure audit quality and complianceDraft financial statements, CARO reports, and audit observationsLiaise directly with client management for issue resolutionManagerLead statutory audit engagements end-to-endManage timelines, team allocation, and audit deliverablesReview audit files, financial statements, and final reportsHandle complex accounting and auditing mattersParticipate in client meetings, Audit Committee interactions, and closuresEnsure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and applicable regulationsEligibility & Skill RequirementsQualification:CA Fresher / Qualified CACA freshers must have hands-on statutory audit experience during articleshipExperience:0–2 years: Consultant2–4 years: Assistant Manager4–5+ years: ManagerTechnical Skills:Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013Hands-on experience with Statutory Audit (India Practice)Knowledge of Ind AS / AS (based on role level)Experience in CARO, audit documentation, and financial statement reviewExposure to listed/unlisted company audits preferredSoft Skills:Strong analytical and documentation skillsAbility to work under deadlinesGood communication and stakeholder coordinationTeam handling skills (for AM/Manager levels)Additional PreferencesExperience in consulting / CA firms / mid-tier / Big4 environment preferredMultiple industry exposure is a plusEarly joiners will be given preference
