We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead design delivery, coordination, and team mentoring.SnapshotEnd-to-end ownership of design & drawing deliverables across all project stagesLead concept design, design development & documentationHandle Statutory submission drawings for Mumbai & Mumbai Region projectsCoordinate with structural, MEP & other consultants to deliver integrated designsManage timelines, resourcing, and design qualityMentor junior architects and lead internal design discussionsProactively identify and prevent design / coordination escalationsWhat We’re Looking For5–12 years of experience in architectural firms handling large-scale projects across Commercial, Educational, Residential, Mixed use, Healthcare or Hospitality typologiesStrong design sensibility with robust documentation skillsWorking knowledge of statutory norms & approvalsExperience managing teams and consultantsProficiency in AutoCAD | Revit (preferred) | SketchUp | Adobe SuiteWhy Join EdificeExposure to high-visibility, large-scale projectsStrong design ownership and accountabilityCollaborative studio environment with technical depthApply with CV + Portfolio (mandatory) at hrd@
