Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAsset Management & OperationsManage all digital asset types including (but not limited to):Creative assets (images, videos, banners)Content assetsISB and campaign-related materialsOwn the ingestion, organization, versioning, archiving, and retrieval of assets within the DAM.Ensure assets are accurately tagged with metadata, taxonomy, and usage rights.DAM Workflow MasteryExecute and maintain DAM workflow management across asset lifecycles.Enforce naming conventions, folder structures, metadata standards, and governance rules.Support high-volume asset movement and approvals across multiple teams and stakeholders.Ensure consistency and compliance with brand standards across a large-scale brand environment.AEM & Platform Readiness Manage Content and ISB assets within the DAM once client-side configuration is complete.Support DAM-related process adoption and operational best practices (without consulting ownership).Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with creative, content, marketing, and production teams to ensure smooth asset flow.Act as an operational point of contact for DAM-related queries and execution needs.Troubleshoot workflow issues and ensure SLAs are met.Required Skills & ExperienceCore ExperienceMid-level experience in Digital Asset Management or asset operations.Proven hands-on experience managing DAM workflows at enterprise or large-brand scale (brands comparable in size and complexity to Sam’s Club).Strong understanding of:DAM lifecycle managementFile types, formats, and technical specificationsMetadata frameworks and taxonomy structuresTools & PlatformsExperience with enterprise DAM platforms (AEM exposure strongly preferred).Comfort working within structured, process-driven marketing ecosystems.
