As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic public relations initiatives that enhance our brand visibility, build positive relationships with stakeholders, and drive overall business success.What You Will DoStrategic Communication Planning:Devise and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote PeepalCo’s mission, values, and products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PR efforts with overall business objectives.Media RelationsCultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, and industry influencers to secure media coverageBrand Messaging:Craft and refine our brand narrative to ensure consistent and impactful communication across all channels.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to position PeepalCo as a thought leader.Increase participation in high-impact events and awardsContent Creation:Draft compelling press releases, media responses and press statements to effectively communicate our key messages.Measurement and Reporting:Measure and analyze brand SOV in comparison to competitorsWhat You Should Have2-3 years of experience working in public relations firm or corporate communications team in a fast-paced startupProven experience in public relations, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to think strategically and creatively to generate positive media coverage.Experience in managing PR campaigns and events.Familiarity with current trendsAbility to meet deadlines with accuracyCollaborative and excelling in team spirit, both internally and externally - the ability to build relationships and trustKnow how to use Microsoft office and G-suiteLife at PeepalCoWe take great pride in what we do and are committed to our mission.
