Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, Human Resources, and People Office based in Gurugram. The Assistant Manager will manage HR operations and drive employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, facilitating performance management, implementing HR policies, and supporting training and development programs. The role also involves addressing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards to foster a positive and productive work environment.
