About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and results-driven US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Pune. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements, including Contract, Full-Time, C2C, and W2 positions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with US clients and vendors, and have a passion for closing positions, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract and Full-Time roles across C2C and W2 hiring models.Work on C2C requirements from implementation partners and direct clients.Source, screen, and submit candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database, and vendor networks.Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants for C2C submissions and closures.Understand and negotiate rates, margins, and payment terms with vendors and consultants.Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, availability, and compliance requirements.Manage candidate lifecycle including submissions, interview scheduling, feedback, offer coordination, and onboarding.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS and recruitment trackers.Ensure compliance with US labor laws, client guidelines, and internal recruitment policies.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of consultants and a reliable vendor network.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience working with direct US clients and implementation partners.Strong vendor network and ready-to-use consultant database.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.What We OfferAttractive incentive structure and performance-based rewardsExposure to US clients and cutting-edge IT rolesCareer growth in a high-performing recruitment teamSupportive work culture and learning opportunities
