Job Description

The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Executive Search / Agency Recruitment Consultant to drive client acquisition and revenue growth from India, while working closely with regional leadership teams across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and India.This is a 360-degree agency recruitment role, combining business development, client management, executive search delivery, and placement ownership. This role is best suited for recruiters from agency / search firms who are commercially driven, comfortable owning revenue targets, and experienced in building long-term client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and expand a strong client portfolio across India, Middle East / Europe / Asia Pacific, focusing on professional and financial services sectorsProactively develop new business through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry eventsPosition the firm as a trusted recruitment partner through consultative client engagementPartner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutionsLead end-to-end recruitment assignments, including senior-level and niche searchesPrepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close search mandatesIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accountsCollaborate with regional research and delivery teams to ensure high-quality executionKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Management, or related fields preferred)Minimum 4+ years of experience in an agency recruitment / executive search environmentStrong business development and client-facing experience with a proven billing track recordStrong understanding of 360 recruitment cycle in agency environmentConfident communicator with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsSelf-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a regional / cross-border setupExperience working with international stakeholders or regional teams is highly preferred
