Job Summary:The Technical Content Writer in the Production Department is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering high-quality technical and customer-facing documentation for OEM hardware products and solutions. The role focuses on creating accurate, structured content for servers, workstations, storage systems, and HPC/AI solutions, including manuals, deployment guides, datasheets, solution briefs, and release documentation. Working closely with hardware engineering, OS/HPC teams, QA, and solution architects, the Technical Content Writer translates complex hardware, firmware, operating system, and performance concepts into clear, compliant, and user-friendly documentation. The position ensures all content aligns with OEM standards, branding guidelines, and product lifecycle updates, while supporting production, sales enablement, and customer training needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain technical documentation for OEM products, including:Server, workstation, and storage product documentationHPC and AI solution briefsInstallation, configuration, and deployment guidesUser manuals, datasheets, and technical specificationsRelease notes and upgrade documentationWork closely with hardware engineering, OS/HPC teams, QA, and solution architects to capture product functionality accurately.Create customer-facing content such as:Product brochures and solution overviewsWhitepapers, case studies, and technical blogsRFP/RFI support documentation and compliance contentTranslate complex hardware, firmware, OS, networking, and performance concepts into clear and easy-to-understand content.Ensure documentation aligns with OEM standards, compliance requirements, and branding guidelines.Review and update content based on product lifecycle changes, firmware updates, and OS compatibility.Maintain version control and documentation repositories (Confluence, Git, shared repositories).Support internal teams with technical content for sales enablement and customer training.RequirementsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field.4–5 years of experience as a Technical Content Writer in an OEM, hardware product, or enterprise technology company.Strong understanding of:Servers, workstations, storage systemsHPC architectures, clusters, and GPUsLinux (RHEL preferred), virtualization, and networking basics will be extra edgeExcellent written English with the ability to structure complex technical content.Experience creating hardware-focused documentation (datasheets, manuals, deployment guides).Hands-on experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, MS Word, Git.Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and delivery teams.
