Job SummaryExperienced QA professional with 6 years of expertise in testing Genesys-integrated call center applications, ensuring seamless end-to-end functionality across IVR, CTI, CRM, and third-party integrations. Proven ability to lead QA efforts, coordinate with offshore teams, and continuously self-learn emerging technologies and tools to improve quality and efficiency.Please start sharing profiles for below JD and lineup couple of profiles by today itself for tomorrow schedules.Location –Only from Hyderabad ( 3 days office) / 2 to 10 PM IST shift (one way cab available)NP 0- 15 DaysHighlighted are mandatoryRequired Skills & Experience6 years of experience in QA and testing, with strong focus on Genesys call center solutionsHands-on experience with Genesys Cloud / Genesys Engage (or similar platforms)Strong understanding of:Call center workflows and telephony conceptsIVR, CTI, call routing, and agent desktop functionalityExperience in integration testing with CRM systems and third-party applicationsProven experience coordinating with offshore teamsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments
