As we enter our next phase of growth, we continue to invest in applied AI, platform modernization, and leadership talent to shape the future of payer technology.Role Overview:We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will drive end-to-end hiring for Junior to Leadership roles across business and technology functions - in both India and the US markets.This is a hands-on individual contributor role that combines strategic partnership with execution excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management, market intelligence, and a consultative approach to talent acquisition while maintaining agility and ownership.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment for Junior to Leadership roles across business, product, and technology functions.Partner closely with business and HR leaders to understand workforce plans, define hiring priorities, and design proactive sourcing strategies.Manage US and India market hiring, leveraging local market intelligence, talent networks, and compensation benchmarks.Execute advanced sourcing through professional networks, referrals, competitor mapping, and direct outreach.Conduct candidate assessments and manage the interview lifecycle to ensure a seamless candidate experience.Present data-driven insights on talent availability, hiring trends, and pipeline health to business stakeholders.Act as a trusted advisor to business and leadership teams - offering perspectives on talent strategy and role calibration.Drive continuous improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.What You’ll Bring:5 to 8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least recent 2 years in US market hiring (preferably for product or technology organizations).Proven track record in Junior to Leadership hiring across functions.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions through insights and data.Experience in using recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, sourcing automation tools).Expert in Boolean searchStrategic mindset with execution ownership - equally comfortable designing strategy and executing it hands-on.High sense of accountability, collaboration, and attention to detail.Excellent Communication skillsWhy Simplify Healthcare:Strategic exposure to both India and US talent markets.Direct collaboration with business and leadership teams in a high-growth environment.Opportunity to influence hiring strategy and shape a performance-driven TA function.Culture built on trust, agility, and continuous learning.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex hiring challenges, and want to make an impact in a high-growth global health-tech organization - we’d love to connect.
