You are responsible for keeping the community active, organized, welcoming, and valuable for members, while ensuring questions are answered, discussions stay productive, and engagement remains high. This is not a marketing role and not a sales role. It is an execution and relationship role focused onmember experience, consistency, and community health .What You’ll Be DoingCommunity Management & Engagement Manage daily activity inside the community platform Welcome new members and guide them through onboarding Encourage participation, discussion, and peer interaction Keep conversations organized, relevant, and respectfulMember Support & Communication Answer member questions or route them to the correct team Ensure members know where to find resources, content, and updates Maintain a professional, helpful, and responsive presenceContent & Programming Support Post announcements, updates, and reminders Support live calls, challenges, workshops, and events Help schedule and organize content drops and resourcesModeration & Standards Enforce community guidelines and expectations Remove spam, off-topic posts, or disruptive behavior Maintain a high-quality, signal-over-noise environmentFeedback & Insights Surface recurring member questions, issues, and feedback Identify engagement trends and opportunities for improvement Provide input to leadership on what members need or want nextSystems & Organization Keep member records, tags, and access levels accurate Ensure community spaces are structured and easy to navigate Support integrations with CRMs or member databases as neededTeam Rhythm & Communication Participate in a daily asynchronous 2-minute team huddle via Loom Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams Operate comfortably in a fast-paced, execution-driven remote environmentWho We’re Looking For Based in India and able to work U.S. Eastern Time hours Strong written communication and people skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable engaging with investors and business owners Calm, professional, and solutions-focused Comfortable using community platforms and collaboration tools Comfortable recording short Loom updatesExperience managing online communities, memberships, education platforms, or customer support is a strong plus.
