Role Purpose We are looking for aCA-qualified Workday Finance Functional Consultantwith proven experience inend-to-end Workday Financials implementations . This role focuses onfunctional ownership , business alignment, and solution design across Workday Finance modules, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality financial transformations.Key Responsibilities Leadend-to-end functional activitiesfor Workday Financials implementations, fromrequirements gathering to post-go-live support Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them intoWorkday-configured solutions Drivebusiness process design, configuration, and validationacross core Workday Finance modules Ownfunctional design documentation , configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and UAT support Supportdata validation, reconciliation, and finance controls , ensuring alignment with accounting standards and compliance needs Collaborate with integration and reporting teams to ensuredownstream accuracy and completeness of financial data Provide functional guidance duringcutover, parallel runs, and hypercare phases Act as a subject-matter expert for Workday Finance, ensuring best-practice adoption and solution stabilityCore Workday Finance Expertise Workday Financial Management (mandatory hands-on experience) Strong exposure to modules such as: General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Management Business Assets Revenue Management (good to have) Financial reporting, worktags, and accounting configuration Understanding of finance controls, audits, and statutory reporting requirementsMandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – mandatory 5 to 9 years of experience & hands on in at least one full end-to-end Workday Finance implementation Strongfunctional consulting backgroundin Workday Financials (not a technical or project-management role) Proven ability to independently handlefunctional design, configuration, and stakeholder discussions
