Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Jewellery Retail Store Manager based in Haldwani, Uttarakhand. The role involves overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing staff, providing excellent customer service, monitoring inventory, and ensuring a smooth in-store shopping experience. The manager will also be responsible for staff training, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining brand standards. Qualifications Knowledge of Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry trendsStrong Customer Service and communication skillsExperience in Polishing and handling luxury goodsAbility to train and mentor team members effectivelyLeadership and organizational skills to manage store operationsRelevant experience in retail management, ideally in the jewellery or luxury sectorBachelor's degree or equivalent experience is an advantage
