Job Description

Blupord is looking for a results-driven Google Ads / PPC Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns for multiple clients across different industries and geographies. If you understand performance marketing, numbers, and ROAS, not just clicks: this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max)Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targetingWrite and test high-converting ad copies and extensionsOptimize campaigns for CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversionsMonitor budgets, bids, and daily performance metricsTrack conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion pixelsPrepare weekly & monthly performance reports with insights and action pointsCoordinate with content, design, and SEO teams for better campaign performanceStay updated with Google Ads policies, trends, and algorithm changesRequired Skills & Experience:1–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads / PPC campaignsStrong understanding of Search Ads, Quality Score, bidding strategies, and funnelsExperience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion trackingAbility to manage multiple accounts and budgets simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skillsGood English communication (written & verbal)Good to Have (Bonus Skills):Experience with international clients (UAE, UK, US, EU)Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Basic understanding of landing page CROGoogle Ads CertificationWhat We Offer:Competitive salary (based on experience)Performance-based growth and incentivesExposure to global clients & high-budget campaignsFast-growth environment with learning opportunitiesFriendly, professional work culture in Jaipur office
