We work with global enterprises across multiple industries, building robust, scalable, and future-ready platforms using modern architectures and best engineering practices.Role OverviewIn this role, you will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, owning requirement discovery, process mapping, documentation, and delivery alignment for the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module.You will work closely with ServiceNow consultants, process owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes — from requirements through go-live.Key ResponsibilitiesAsset ManagementOversee the lifecycle of hardware assets from procurement to disposalMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of hardware assets in ServiceNow HAMDevelop and implement asset management policies, standards, and proceduresBusiness AnalysisCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needsAnalyse current asset management processes and identify improvement opportunitiesDesign and document business processes and workflows for HAMServiceNow Configuration SupportSupport configuration and customization of the ServiceNow HAM moduleBuild and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for hardware assetsEnsure data integrity and compliance within the ServiceNow platformProject & Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate HAM initiatives from initiation to completionManage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelinesCommunicate progress updates to stakeholdersTraining & SupportProvide training and support to end users on HAM processes and toolsDevelop user guides, training materials, and documentationTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to HAM in ServiceNowRequired Skills & Experience3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst on the ServiceNow platformExperience with HAM; exposure to SAM, CMDB, Employee Portal, Flow Designer preferredStrong understanding of ITAM and ITIL disciplines (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and ITIL processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong documentation skills (requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria)Ability to multitask and work effectively under strict deadlinesGood to HaveServiceNow CSA certificationCIS-HAM certification (preferred)Exposure to cloud technologiesTraining experienceGerman language (optional)Why Join Claidroid TechnologiesWork on modern enterprise platforms with real-world scaleHigh ownership and strong technical impactGrowth-oriented and collaborative engineering cultureOpportunity to work with global stakeholders and enterprise environmentsHow to ApplyInterested candidates, please email your resume with the following details:Total ExperienceRelevant ServiceNow HAM ExperienceCurrent & Expected CTCNotice Period (Immediate joiners preferred)Send to: talent.acquisition@CC: pratik.chavan@
