About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide end-to-end executive support. This role requires exceptional coordination skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, enabling seamless daily operations and allowing leadership to focus on strategic priorities.Key Responsibilities1. Executive & Administrative SupportManage calendars, appointments, and scheduling across internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-ups and action itemsHandle email correspondence, prioritizing and responding on behalf of leadership when requiredPrepare presentations, documents, reports, and briefing notes2. Coordination & CommunicationAct as a central point of contact between leadership and internal teams, partners, and vendorsEnsure timely flow of information and smooth communication across functionsFollow up with teams to ensure execution of decisions and commitments3. Planning & LogisticsPlan and manage travel, accommodation, and itineraries (domestic & international)Organize meetings, offsites, events, and confidential discussionsMaintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems4. Confidentiality & TrustHandle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalismExercise sound judgment while dealing with confidential and strategic matters5.
