Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you'll do:Monitor real-time last-mile performance dashboards across stores and regions.Track operational KPIs such as pickup times, delivery times, SLA compliance, and rider availability.Identify exceptions, delays, or operational risks and escalate accordingly.Track customer and operational defects (NDR, damages, silent orders, ONA, etc.).Document defects with proper categorization, root cause tags, and supporting data.Escalate recurring issues to Ground Operations, Vendor Supply, or relevant functional teams.Assist in compiling daily performance reports and summaries for leadership.Maintain logs of escalations, actions taken, and closure status.Support Control Tower team in follow-ups with stores, fleet managers, and vendor partners.Maintain organized and accurate documentation of operational issues, SOPs, and dependency trackers.Support data validation and entry for performance databases and dashboards.Assist in preparing weekly/monthly business review inputs.Communicate with Ground Ops teams for on-floor updates, action items, and resolution timelines.Liaise with Rider Supply and Vendor teams to fill rider shortages or deployment gaps.Work with Customer Experience teams on defect validations and customer-impacting cases.What you'll need:1-2 years of experience in a Logistics or Control Tower roleBachelor degree in a quantitative subjectGood analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/GSheetsGood communication and coordination skillsStrong analytical and statistical analysis skills to extract insights and recommendationsAbility to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirtyCapable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortablyUnderstanding Logistics metrics and stakeholder managementAbility to accommodate flexibility in the work scheduleWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
