We are looking for an HR Executive to manage Non-IT recruitment and HR operations activities. The candidate will handle end-to-end hiring, employee onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue and white collar roles. Source candidates through job portals, references, vendors, and field hiring Screen resumes and coordinate interviews Manage offer roll-out and joining formalities Maintain recruitment tracker and reports Maintain recruitment tracker and reports HR Operations: Manage onboarding and employee documentation Maintain attendance and leave records Support payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, leave data) Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, relieving, etc.) Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Bonus, and labor laws Handle employee queries and grievances Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) 4–6 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment and HR operations Experience in bulk hiring and field recruitment Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance Experience working with contractors and third-party payroll vendors Strong coordination and communication skills
