More details as below.Staff Software Engineer – Full StackLocation: GurgaonJob Type: PermWork Mode: Hybrid, 2 RTO/ weekFront end: React is a MUSTBackend: Java/ .net is a MUSTWhat We’re Looking For- 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong record of technical leadership and end-to-end ownership. - Strong with reactjs, JavaScript/TypeScript - Experience with in Java, C#, .NET. - Proven experience leading end-to-end architecture on high-traffic, high-availability platforms, ideally with exposure to cross-platform or migration projects (e.g., native to WebView). - BFF (Backend for Frontend) experience is a must: You have designed, built, or maintained BFF layers (language flexible—C#, Kotlin, Java, etc.) that bridge frontend and backend systems. - Track record of technical mentorship, cross-team collaboration, and solving ambiguous, complex problems in fast-paced environments. - Strong API and middleware skills: Ability to design and implement APIs and backend services tailored for frontend needs.WHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
