About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Operations Head – India to lead end-to-end delivery, profitability, and operational scalability for our Digital Delivery Consulting Business.This is a strategic leadership role with full accountability for operational performance, margin management, client satisfaction, and team development. The ideal candidate combines strong delivery governance with business acumen and has experience scaling multi-project technical teams in a fast-growing environment.Key Responsibilities1. Operational & Delivery LeadershipLead execution across multiple BIM & Other technology Implementation projects ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery aligned with client contracts and SLAs.Establish strong QA/QC governance and reduce rework, escalations, and delivery risks.Drive proactive milestone tracking, risk management, and performance reporting.Build scalable delivery systems to support growth.2. Profitability Ownership & Financial PerformanceOwn India P&L with clear accountability for revenue growth, gross margin, and cost control.Deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets including revenue, margin, and order book commitments.Working with Necessary team to get the payables from the Ongoing & Delivered Projects.Drive accurate forecasting, capacity planning, and resource optimization.Improve profitability through productivity enhancement and cost-efficiency initiatives.Financial Planning, Project delivery Planning and Forecast3. Client & Account ManagementBuild strong client relationships and act as an escalation point for critical engagements.Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.Collaborate with Sales to support account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Ensure commercial discipline including timely approvals and revenue realization.4. Process Excellence & Digital EnablementStandardize and optimize BIM and operational processes.Implement data-driven dashboards for tracking utilization, revenue, risks, and quality metrics.Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.5. Team Leadership & Capability BuildingLead and mentor delivery managers and cross-functional teams.Build succession pipelines and structured development plans.Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.Drive capability enhancement through training, certifications, and knowledge sharing.6. Strategic Growth & Market AlignmentStay ahead of Construction Technology industry trends and emerging technologies.Support geographic and service-line expansion initiatives.Represent the organization at industry forums and strengthen brand presence.7. Commercial & Business Support Support pre-bid and tendering activities by defining BIM & Digital Delivery scope, costing, deliverables, and value propositions.Lead client presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations while clearly articulating the business value of BIM, including cost savings, risk reduction, and time optimization.Ensure contractual compliance, effective scope control, optimal utilization, and strong working capital discipline to protect margins and drive financial performance.Build a scalable and governance-driven operational framework with structured performance reviews and leadership bench strength to support sustainable growth.Qualifications12–15 years of experience in BIM / Consulting / Construction Technology.Proven experience managing multi-project delivery and large technical teams.Strong P&L management and commercial Business acumen.Experience scaling operations in a growth-stage environment.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong analytical mindset with exposure to performance dashboards and reporting tools.
