AV Project Manager – BangaloreVEGA Global is looking for an experienced AV Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Audio Visual (AV) systems integration projects in Bangalore with strong experience in AV Project Management, Unified Communications (UC), Video Conferencing, AVoIP, Control Systems, and Enterprise AV deployments. Role OverviewThe AV Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, technical coordination, stakeholder management, budgeting, execution, commissioning, and handover of enterprise AV systems.This role requires strong expertise in AV systems integration, IT infrastructure coordination, and multi-vendor project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionManage full project lifecycle from initiation to financial closureDevelop project plans, schedules, risk registers, and cost estimatesMonitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and resource allocationEnsure compliance with project scope and change management processesTechnical & Systems IntegrationOversee design documentation including:Room MatrixBill of Materials (BOM)Line Diagrams & Signal FlowRack ElevationsCoordinate installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of:Video Conferencing Systems (Zoom, MS Teams Rooms, Webex)AVoIP & Networked AVDSP systems (Biamp, QSC, Crestron)Control Systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX)LED walls, Digital Signage, Projection systemsStakeholder & Vendor ManagementCoordinate with:Clients & End UsersIT, Facilities & MEP teamsProcurement & Supply ChainOEMs & AV PartnersManage vendor performance and subcontractor executionDrive stakeholder communication, escalation handling, and reportingCommissioning & HandoverLead UAT, system testing, certification, and documentationEnsure smooth transition to Service / Managed Services teamsDrive client satisfaction and post-installation support alignmentRequired Experience8–15 years of experience in AV Systems Integration / IT Infrastructure Projects. Minimum 5+ years as AV Project Manager / Technical Project ManagerExperience handling enterprise AV, UC & collaboration deploymentsStrong understanding of IP networking, VLAN, QoS, AVoIP architectureExperience in corporate, MNC, or large commercial project environmentsPreferred CertificationsAVIXA CTS / CTS-D / CTS-I (preferred)PMP / PRINCE2 (added advantage)ITIL knowledgeKnowledge of MS Project / Primavera / Project scheduling toolsInterested candidates can share their updated Profile on anagha.s@
