Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily concierge operations • Source and manage vendors and service partners across Ghana • Drive marketing and social media growth strategies • Improve processes, SOPs, and workflows • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction • Handle escalated client issues • Support staff onboarding and performance • Work with leadership to scale services. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field • Minimum 3 years experience in operations, hospitality, logistics, or customer service • Strong organisational and problem solving skills • Experience working with vendors in Ghana • Ability to thrive in a start up environment
