The role involves handling billing operations, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth and accurate checkout processes. Key Responsibilities • Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately • Scan products, generate bills, and process payments (cash, card, digital) • Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as per company policy • Maintain accuracy in cash handling and balance the cash drawer at shift end • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with queries • Pack items carefully or assist customers with packing when required • Keep the checkout counter clean, organized, and presentable • Report discrepancies, system issues, or customer concerns to the supervisor • Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards Salary:37000 INR Per Month Requirements • 1–2 years of experience as a cashier or in retail operations preferred • Experience in a hypermarket or supermarket environment is an advantage • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling • Good communication skills in English • Customer-friendly attitude with a professional appearance • Ability to work 10-hour shifts Candidate must be from the Siliguri Location Gender: Only Female candidates are eligible to apply.
