Job Description We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and performance analytics to drive brand awareness and business growth. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals. Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube , etc. Plan content calendars, campaigns, reels, and short-form videos. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams for creatives and copy. Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active community. Track, analyze, and report performance using social media analytics tools. Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize them for reach, engagement, and conversions. Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms. Requirements Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Experience with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social , etc. Basic understanding of paid ads, influencer marketing, and content marketing . Good communication and copywriting skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience in reels, shorts, and video-based content strategy . Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing tools . Experience working with influencers and brand collaborations. Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
