JOB DESCRIPTION Req ID:     We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Integration / Middleware Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions. The role focuses on building and maintaining TIBCO iProcess Business Process Management (BPM) (BPM) platform TIBCO BusinessWorks–based integrations, messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS, and modern microservices using Java Spring Boot, deployed on AWS. Key Responsibilities Design and Development:  Develop and maintain business processes using TIBCO iProcess Modeler, TIBCO Business Studio, and iProcess Workspace. Integration:  Configure iProcess-BW connectors to integrate iProcess Engine with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) and Enterprise Message Service (EMS). Administration:  Install, configure, and upgrade TIBCO iProcess Engine, iProcess Objects Server, and related components on Unix/Linux/Windows platforms. Troubleshooting:  Monitor process execution, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical incidents related to TIBCO iProcess, BW, and EMS. Performance Tuning: Optimize iProcess Engine performance by tuning WIS (Work Item Server) and background processes User Management:  Manage users, groups, roles, and work queues.
