Digital Marketing Leadership Lead SEO/SEM, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), PPC (Google Ads), and email campaigns to generate leads for admissions in management, design, IT, and hospitality courses. Optimize website traffic and conversions using Google Analytics; create content like vlogs and reels highlighting campus facilities, placements with Taj/Capgemini, and events like InspiriaQ. Leverage edtech tools for targeted ads in West Bengal, aiming for 30%+ enrollment growth. Offline Marketing Initiatives Manage local promotions via billboards, newspapers, radio, and education fairs in Siliguri/Kolkata; organize campus events, workshops, and school partnerships. Produce brochures, flyers, and merchandise promoting infrastructure like smart labs, amphitheater, and hostels; coordinate Youth Run and Startup Weekend. Team & Strategy Oversight Guide marketing team in graphic design, video editing, and branding using tools like Canva/Adobe; integrate with HR for admission funnels. Develop annual marketing budget, track KPIs (leads, ROI) via Google Sheets, and report to leadership on regional trends.
