Responsibilities include providing technical support to clients post-sale, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the seamless integration and operation of audio-visual systems. The Post Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer needs, offer solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through training and support.
