Senior Program Coordinator - Job Profile/Summary:• The Senior Program Coordinator will play an integral role in the program management team with Workspend Managed Services Program and will be responsible for delivering superior customer satisfaction by driving results, and ensuring customer’s needs are met.• The Senior Program Coordinator will be the trusted advisor on all workforce solutions for our customers, guiding them end to end through the requisition process and will act as the primary liaison with staffing agencies for requisition engagement, screening, and hiring process.Responsibilities:• Manage the staffing and requisition fulfillment process – ensuring that the customer needs are being met.• Conducting intake calls with client hiring manager to identify staffing needs and ideal candidate; review job requisitions and distribute to appropriate Staffing Partners• Facilitation of on-boarding and off-boarding of contractors• Collaboratively work with Supplier partners to ensure accurate feedback, projections, and important information are being delivered on schedule to customers and to all the responsible parties.• Maintain the VMS with strong attention to details of the contingent workforce's staffing, hiring, and onboarding process. This will include updating the system with rate changes, processing contract extensions, processing releases/terminations, and updating other data as necessary.• Assist the onsite program operations team with their daily tasks while exercising independent judgment and discretion regarding issues that are important to our customers and routine business operations.• Work hand in hand with the program management team to ensure metrics, SLAs, and targets are driven with a vision and are being met.• Accurate and on-time completion of reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.• Conduct new hire orientation with all prospective candidates per customer guidelines.• Conduct regular meetings with the customer managers to ensure effective communication.• Monitor and address issues and concerns with the contingent workforce quickly and effectively; escalate issues to management as needed.Mandatory skills:• Should have experience working in an MSP environment.• Experience working with VMS.• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Education/Certifications:• Bachelor’s degree with at least3 – 4 years of relevant experience
