Project descriptionLuxoft is working on an ADAS Domain Controller project for a prestigious OEM, working closely with the OEM teams to deliver next-generation Platform solutions based on AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive, and QNX working together as a system interacting with a host of cameras, ultrasound sensors, internal and external Radars.At Luxoft we are looking for experienced team members who deliver quality and expert support by being involved in AUTOSAR Classic Platform Configuration, Integration, and Release Management willing to take full responsibility for the deliverables and willing to support our customer in the development of the next generation system.The ideal candidate needs to have endless curiosity and can pair a global mindset with locally relevant execution. You should be a gritty problem solver, never give up attitude and self-starter who can think of out-of-box solution. The successful candidate will be a team player, and display a balance of hard and soft skills, including the ability to respond quickly to the Client's changing needs.ResponsibilitiesAUTOSAR Integration: Integrate software components and modules within an AUTOSAR architecture, following the AUTOSAR standard and guidelinesConfigure and adapt software modules to meet system requirementsSoftware Configuration: Configure and parameterize software components, including Basic Software (BSW) modules, software stacks, and communication modules, to enable seamless integration and functionalityCommunication and Collaboration: Collaborate with software developers, system engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the integration of AUTOSAR software components aligns with system requirementsParticipate in design reviews and provide technical inputDiagnostic Integration: Integrate and configure diagnostic software modules, such as Diagnostic Event Manager (DEM), Diagnostic Communication Manager (DCM), and Diagnostic Service Dispatcher (DSD), to enable diagnostic functionality in the systemIntegration Testing: Develop and execute integration test cases to verify the functionality and compatibility of integrated AUTOSAR software componentsIdentify and troubleshoot integration issues, and work with development teams to resolve themToolchain Management: Work with AUTOSAR development tools, such as AUTOSAR authoring tools, configuration tools, and diagnostic toolsEnsure the correct usage and configuration of these tools for efficient integration and validationAUTOSAR Compliance: Ensure compliance with the AUTOSAR standard and specifications throughout the integration processFollow the AUTOSAR development process guidelines and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflowsDocumentation and Reporting: Create and maintain documentation related to software integration, including integration plans, test plans, and integration reportsDocument issues, resolutions, and lessons learned for future referenceContinuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in AUTOSAR technology, standards, and toolsParticipate in training and self-study to enhance knowledge and skills related to AUTOSAR integrationSkillsMust haveEngineering in Computer, Electronics, or equivalentIn-depth knowledge of HSI, MCAL configuration, Hardware safety and sensor actuatorsMinimum of 3 years of MCAL expertiseMinimum 5+ years of SW integration experienceExcellent problem-solving skillsExpert on software branching and merging strategiesAbility to flash software into hardware and perform various unit/integration/functional tests-Good scripting skillsExpert on the continuous integration process and JENKINSGood understanding of diagnostics and flash-over-the-air conceptsNice to haveHave an open multi-brand and multi-cultural mindsetHave good communication skillsHave the ability to drive for results and take own initiatives and drive certain actions on your own leadership and empowermentHave excellent prioritization skills and ability to eliminate roadblocksBe business and customer-orientedHave an inspiring leadership and find it rewarding to manage co-workers to perform their best in a successful working climateHave a leadership characterized by managerial courage, a high level of integrity, & trust
