- Prepare monthly installation plans for handover of sites in coordination with sales, logistic & CX teams. - Prepare daily planning for day to day operations in coordination with sales, CX, logistic, customer, technician and outsourced team for loading as well as unloading of - Follow defined SOPs for each process and upgrade them to make them user friendly and as per business requirements - Ensure execution of activities lies within scope of Installation defined by TAT guidelines- Plan and develop the skills in ground team which are inhouse as well as outsourced, e.g. Technician cum supervisor, as per roles and responsibility required by the team - Build and maintain high morale and motivation in ground team member through better communication by periodical formal and informal meetings - Prepare post material dispatch report on timely basis and subsequently update service issue of concerned territory areas. - Maintain daily update in installation register and submit progress report with the management - Ensure proper verification & submission of outsourced team bills to accounts- Ensure timely follow up for materials with CX and Installation head in order to adhere to commitment of service issue resolution - Provide daily updates regarding installation and service issues status of concerned areas to installation head and complete information to Installation head in case of FIR - Team Development of the Loading and Unloading team with the area of work and policies- Ensure proper optimize of resources like, Manpower, Money & Material and maintaining quality and EHS norms on work locations
