ROLE PURPOSEThis role exists to lead the full HR agenda for Pizza 4P’s India, ensuring compliance, culture, and capability are aligned with the company’s values and growth goals. It serves the business by delivering best-in-class HR operations, building strong talent pipelines, and fostering a workplace culture centered on care, sustainability, and shared happiness. Through this, the HR Manager enables business expansion, workforce quality, and employee engagement across India.Business size: 190 partners including 20 partners in corporate officeReporting to: Canadian Global CPO; dotted line to Japanese Country ManagerSubordinates: 2 specialists (recruitment and admin)Peers: Corporate Office (Supply Chain Manager, Finance Manager, Call Center), Production (Cheese Manager, Food Operation Manager), Store Operation (Area Manager, Restaurant Manager)III. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESHR Operations & ComplianceOversee payroll, benefits, contracts, and labor law compliance.Ensure HR policies are locally relevant while aligned with 4P’s global standards.Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningPartner with hiring managers to recruit and retain top talent.Forecast workforce needs to support expansion plans.Culture & EngagementChampion Pizza 4P’s values in the India team.Design and deliver initiatives that strengthen engagement, well-being, and retention.Employee RelationsAct as a trusted advisor on employee concerns and workplace issues.Build constructive relationships with employees at all levels.Learning & DevelopmentFacilitate leadership and career development pathways.Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.Data & ReportingMaintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.Provide insights to inform strategic decisions.IV.
