About the Role:You will be at the heart of how brands communicate with the world. This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates who are curious about media, storytelling, brands, and current affairs, and want to build a long-term career in public relations and communications.You will work closely with senior team members across accounts and sectors (Corporate, Consumer, Technology, Financial Communications, etc.), learning how PR campaigns are planned, executed, and measured in a fast-paced agency environment.What You’ll DoSupport the team in day-to-day PR activities across client accounts.Assist in media/influencer outreach, including drafting emails, tracking journalist responses, and maintaining media lists.Monitor news and media coverage across print, online, broadcast, and social platforms for clients and competitors.Help research, draft, and edit content such as press releases, media notes, backgrounders, and reports.Prepare daily and monthly media coverage reports and basic client documentation.Assist in brainstorming for client plans and new campaigns.Assist on events, press conferences, media briefings, and launches.Efficiently manage timelines, briefs, and multiple internal and external stakeholders.Gradually build an understanding of clients’ industries, brands, and communication objectives.What We’re Looking ForFresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Interest in media, news, brands, storytelling, and public relations Ability to research, learn quickly, and pay attention to detail. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Basic understanding of how media, new age platforms and influencer landscape work.A positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to grow in a dynamic PR environment, working in teams and taking feedback constructively.
