Role Description We are seeking a full-time Ecommerce Management Intern to join our team on-site at our Gurugram office. The role involves assisting with the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including optimizing product listings, managing customer inquiries, and analyzing sales data. You will also contribute to developing strategies for improving online sales and enhancing the overall customer experience. Qualifications Proficiency in E-Commerce operations and Sales strategiesStrong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and gain insightsExcellent Customer Service and Communication skills for handling inquiries and interactionsAbility to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic environmentKnowledge of digital marketing and branding is an added advantageCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field
