We can’t wait to hear from you!We’d like to see:5+ years of experience.Understands the importance of delegation, prioritization, scope management, team performance, and health.They prioritized the time in conversations, quality gates definitions, engineering quality best practices, quality assurance and control, team mentoring, and company initiatives.Identify testing techniques and types needed according to each project's challenges, tech stack, and business context, focus on risk mitigation over problem detection, and own quality decisions, scope, artifacts, and are responsible for the project quality output. Can effectively mentor junior, mid-level, and senior-level Quality Assurance analysts.Passion for learning, adoption of best practices, and driving innovation in QA processes ISTQB certified.Requirements:Strong understanding of QA principles, shift-left testing, test risks, A metrics, bugs prevention and Quality Engineering best practices in general.Strong experience of Front-end testing, APIs, localization and cross-browser testing.Strong understanding of web development workflows using CMS platforms likeSitecore, BrightSpot, AEM or similar, including component testing and content validation.Strong experience with visual testing and accessibility standards (e.g WCAG or ADA).Strong understanding of responsive design and user experience with tools like Figma.Strong understanding of SEO and web performance testing using tools like DevTools and LighthouseGood experience with creating and maintaining automated tests (E2E, Visual) usingJavaScript with modern frameworks e.g., Cypress , Playwright or similar.Good understanding of source control, git and release management in general.Good understanding of AI concepts, prompt engineering and AI evaluation
