It offers strategic consulting, digital architecture, and sector-specific solutions across areas like transport, water, justice, and finance. The team enables large-scale e-Governance, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and citizen experience.>>About the Role:We are seeking an experienced, market-focused Associate Director to drive and expand the SAP Consulting business, with a strong emphasis on Government and Public Sector clients. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP expertise, strong client ecosystem understanding, and proven experience in SAP presales, business development, and implementation leadership.>>Key Responsibilities:1.Market & Client EngagementIdentify and assess opportunities within the SAP market for Government and Public Sector clients.Maintain a strong understanding of the client ecosystem, including ongoing and past SAP implementations, procurement processes, and key decision-makers.Build and nurture CXO-level relationships to support SAP consulting growth initiatives.2.Business Development & Pre‑SalesLead presales and business development activities for SAP ERP consulting and SAP license sales.Drive end‑to‑end bid management, including solution design, proposal development, client presentations, and deal closures.Collaborate with internal SAP technical and delivery teams to develop winning solutions.3.SAP Solution ExpertiseDemonstrate strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (RISE & GROW) solutions, including migration pathways, implementation approaches, and business value articulation.Possess working knowledge of SAP ECC, integration points, and relevant functional/process areas.4.Delivery LeadershipLead or oversee SAP implementation programs, preferably in the public sector environment.Ensure high-quality delivery, governance, risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction.Provide thought leadership on SAP transformations and digital government initiatives.>>Required Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree in technology/engineering (mandatory). MBA from Tier I/II institute (preferred)Experience:10–15 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting, presales, BD, and implementation. Experience working with or exposure to Big 4, or leading SAP advisory / IT implementation firms>>Skills & CompetenciesStrategic Thinking: Ability to drive go-to-market strategies and identify new opportunities. Leadership: Ability to mentor teams, lead engagement delivery, and inspire high performance. Negotiation: Strong commercial acumen and experience in deal structuring and negotiation.
