We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Consultant to join our team in the Enterprise Applications domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Manufacturing and Procurement processes, with hands-on experience in Infor XA functional modules. The role involves requirement gathering, analysis, and designing manufacturing functionalities to support our global clients.Required Skills:Minimum 3 to 5 years of domain experience in Manufacturing (MFG) and ProcurementInfor XA Functional expertise in ManufacturingStrong understanding of Manufacturing and Procurement processesKnowledge of Agile methodology and practicesExperience in interacting with global clientsFamiliarity with JIRA software for task and project managementSolid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Roles & Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements related to Manufacturing and Procurement domainsAssist in designing manufacturing functionality processes aligned with client needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologyEngage with global clients to understand their requirements and provide solutionsManage and track project tasks using JIRA softwareContribute to SDLC activities ensuring quality and timely delivery of solutionsQualification & Experience:3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing and Procurement domainsProven experience working with Infor XA modules in a functional capacityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
