If you’re a pro at navigating regional labor laws, salary bench-marking, and complex financial modeling, this is your opportunity to move beyond administrative tasks and drive genuine regional strategy.The OpportunityWe are seeking a sharp, data-driven Associate HR Manager to join our People & Culture team. This critical role will have a core focus on Compensation and Benefits for our entire APAC / ME footprint, covering 21 markets such as Singapore, Australia, Japan, India, etc.You will be the key analytical expert, ensuring our total rewards programs are both externally competitive within each country and internally equitable across the region. This is a strategic position that informs regional decisions and directly impacts our talent strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Compensation Analysis & StrategyConduct market pricing and benchmarking across diverse APAC countries, utilizing region-specific salary surveys to ensure compensation packages are competitive in local markets.Design, manage, and maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and job grades tailored to the economic and labor nuances of different APAC jurisdictions.Support the annual compensation review cycle (merit increases, bonuses) for all APAC entities, creating financial models to assess country-specific cost and impact.APAC Benefits Administration & ComplianceAnalyze the effectiveness and competitiveness of statutory and supplementary benefits (e.g., retirement/provident funds, health insurance, leave policies) across APAC countries.Assist in the regional benefits renewal process, helping to evaluate local vendors and recommend plan designs that balance cost and employee value.Ensure all compensation and benefits programs are fully compliant with local labor laws, taxation rules, and governmental regulations in each covered country.Data Reporting & SystemsGenerate regular and ad-hoc reports to track regional compensation costs, benefits utilisation, and identify trends or compliance risks specific to APAC markets.Prepare and present clear, compelling analysis and strategic recommendations to regional HR and business leadership.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.4 + Years of progressive experience in HR and Analytics, with at least 2 years directly focused on Compensation and/or Benefits.Proven experience supporting compensation and benefits programs across multiple APAC countries is mandatory.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex modeling) is essential.Strong understanding of cross-border compensation principles, benefits administration, and regional statutory compliance (e.g., varying leave entitlements, retirement scheme requirements).Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to translate complex, multi-country data into actionable regional insights.Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bonus Points ForFamiliarity with local labor laws in key APAC markets.Why JoinA strategic, regional role with a hybrid working arrangementAn opportunity to directly shape our total rewards strategy across a high-growth region.Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for global exposure.Ready to use your analytical skills and APAC expertise to drive our regional rewards strategy?
