Maintenance ManagementDevelop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance systems.Ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of all production and utility equipment.Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-based systems.Maintain maintenance MIS, downtime analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA).Control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor management.Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives.2. Machinery & Equipment ResponsibilityResponsible for maintenance, performance, and commissioning (if required) of:A. Utilities & Infrastructure ManagementEnsure uninterrupted supply of steam, compressed air, and electricity.Monitor power consumption and drive energy-saving initiatives.Manage AMF panels, transformers, and power distribution systems.Maintain fire safety systems and statutory compliance.5. Safety & ComplianceEnsure adherence to factory safety norms and statutory requirements.Conduct safety audits and machine safety upgrades.Maintain records for inspections (Electrical, Boiler, Pollution Control, etc.).
