Nest by Oumni — India’s First Premium Women’s Health InstitutionNest is not a fertility clinic.Nest is a women’s health institution, accountable for outcomes across fertility → pregnancy → postpartum → infancy.At the centre of this institution is a role that doesn’t exist in Indian healthcare today:the Care Lead.This is not hospitality.This is not sales.This is not a call-centre role.It’s a high-trust, high-responsibility role built to deliver continuity, clarity, and calm in complex healthcare journeys.The RoleAs a Care Lead, you are the single, constant point of contact for women navigating emotionally and medically complex decisions.Doctors may change across stages.You do not.You will:Guide women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early infant careHelp them understand options without pushing proceduresCoordinate care across doctors, diagnostics, and timelinesEnsure nothing falls through the cracks — medically, emotionally, or administrativelySupport calm, informed decision-making — never urgency or fearThis role exists because Nest separates medical decisions from navigation and advocacy — by design.Who We’re Looking ForFemale candidates preferred, given the nature of women’s health journeys and long-term trust involved.Ideal backgrounds include:Hospitality & Guest Experience (luxury / premium service roles)Aviation & Cabin Crew (air hostesses, in-flight service, customer care)Psychology, Counselling, Social WorkHealthcare Coordination (patient coordinators, care navigators)Premium Client Advisory roles (non-sales)Medical degrees are not required.Empathy, judgment, and clarity matter more than clinical training.Core Traits (Non-Negotiable)High emotional intelligence and calm presenceClear, structured communication (spoken & written)Strong organisation and follow-throughComfort with emotionally sensitive conversationsDiscretion, confidentiality, and ethical maturityAbility to say: “Let’s not rush” or “This may not be necessary yet”
