We collaborate with creators who align with our aesthetic, values, and community to build authentic brand advocacy.Role OverviewWe are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive/Manager to plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns across platforms. The role focuses on building strong creator relationships, executing product seeding and paid collaborations, and driving brand awareness and conversions while maintaining Fraganote’s luxury positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms aligned with brand aesthetics.Plan and execute influencer campaigns for launches, collections, and ongoing brand storytelling.Handle end-to-end influencer coordination including outreach, negotiation, briefs, timelines, and deliverables.Manage product seeding, gifting, and PR outreach to creators.Track influencer performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and share campaign reports.Ensure all influencer content aligns with Fraganote’s luxury brand tone and visual guidelines.Stay updated on influencer trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.Maintain strong long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and managers.Coordinate with internal teams (brand, content, performance marketing, design) for seamless execution.Requirements & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within D2C, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
