Brand operates in five key market segments: Upstream/Midstream, Downstream, Power Generation, Industrial and Infrastructure.Role OverviewThe Senior Data Analyst – Digital Products will lead advanced analytics and AI initiatives in close partnership with Sales and Growth stakeholders. This role applies statistical modeling, machine learning, and generative AI to solve complex commercial problems and enable scalable, data-driven digital capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn complex analytics and AI initiatives supporting Sales and Growth objectivesDesign, build, and deploy machine learning models (predictive, classification, optimization)Develop and apply Generative AI / LLM solutions for commercial and productivity use casesTranslate business problems into analytical approaches and modelsMeasure model performance, adoption, and business impactCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leadersProvide technical mentorship to junior analysts (no formal people management)Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholdersRequired Qualifications6–10 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or applied AIStrong foundation in advanced analytics and statisticsHands-on experience with machine learning models in production or near-production settingsPractical experience working with Generative AI / LLMsProficiency in Python (and/or R), SQL, and data science librariesAbility to independently drive projects end-to-endPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting Sales, Growth, or commercial teamsExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience quantifying business impact and ROI of analytics/AI initiativesFamiliarity with MLOps concepts
