This internship offers a structured path for aspiring educators and counselors to gain hands-on experience in student psychology, academic operations, and educational leadership.Under the guidance of senior faculty, you will help students navigate high-pressure crash courses by providing the motivation and structure they need to excel.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Success & Mentorship: Guide students through study planning and time management techniques tailored for fast-paced crash courses.Performance Monitoring: Track attendance and academic progress; identify students who are falling behind and work with senior mentors to implement improvement strategies.Daily Coordination: Supervise on-campus revision sessions to ensure a productive, focused learning environment.Stakeholder Communication: Assist in preparing student progress reports and maintaining professional communication with parents regarding academic growth.Administrative Support: Manage essential documentation including fee records, payment follow-ups, and student data using MS Office tools.Motivational Support: Act as a first point of contact for students, offering the emotional and academic encouragement needed to handle rigorous schedules.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in any field. (Preference given to candidates with a background in Psychology, Education, or Counseling).Communication: Fluent in English (Mandatory).
