The firm has acquired notable customers ranging from large conglomerates to unicorn start-ups: Vedanta, Mahindra, Glenmark, Yes Bank, Tata, Delhivery, DLF, Crisil, CRED, JG Summit Group, Starbucks, Nivea, Makemytrip, etc.The vision of Darwinbox is to build a world-class product company from Asia and is backed by marquee global investors like Salesforce, TCV, Sequoia Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Microsoft.ResponsibilitiesPipeline & Forecasting ExcellenceOwn weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasting cadence.Drive forecast accuracy through deal inspection, stage discipline, and risk flagging.Build pipeline coverage models by region, segment, and sales motion.Partner with Sales Leaders to identify slippage risks early and course-correctSales Process & CRM GovernanceDesign and enforce stage-wise gating criteria across the sales funnel.Improve CRM hygiene and adoption through automation, dashboards, and enablement.Ensure CRM is the single source of truth for pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.Lead CRM audits and drive continuous process simplification.Deal Desk & Commercial SupportSupport complex enterprise deals on pricing, discounting, and approvals.Partner with Finance, Legal, and Product Ops to ensure deal compliance.Track deal cycle times, discount trends, and commercial effectiveness.Enable scalable deal governance without slowing down sales velocity.Reporting, Insights & Business ReviewsBuild and own sales dashboards (pipeline health, win rates, productivity, coverage).Deliver weekly leadership scorecards and sales performance insights.Support QBRs, MBRs, and AOP planning with data-backed analysis.Translate data into clear actions for sales leadership.Sales Productivity & Enablement (Ops Lens)Identify friction points in seller workflows and remove operational bottlenecks.Partner with Enablement to operationalize sales plays and programs.Track adoption of sales tools and processes.Drive continuous improvement in seller productivity and effectiveness.Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as the connective tissue between Sales, RevOps, Finance, Marketing Ops, and Product Ops.Support GTM initiatives such as new market entry, new product launches, and pricing changes.Align sales execution with company-level revenue goals.Requirements:5+years experiencePost-Graduation Degree Preferred/MBA or Equivalent PGDMStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitaskExcellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and ability to mentor and lead high performing teamProficiency in spreadsheet tools (MS Excel, Google Sheets)Saas Sales Operations experience is mustKnowledge & understanding about Hubspot CRM
