Morgan made a strategic investment in the company.Arcesium supports more than $675+ billion in assets with a staff of over 1650+software engineering, accounting, operations, and treasury professionals.We are looking for an exceptionally talented Trade and Regulatory Compliance Senior Product Specialist/Product Lead to join the Product Management Group in our Hyderabad/BLR/Delhi office. This group is responsible for working with technology teams throughout the process lifecycle to specify, develop, and implement the firms’ infrastructure and new middle-and-back-office applications. This position offers exciting opportunities to bridge product management and client relationship management; and to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry.What you’ll do:Own Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmap: Drive the strategic vision for the Regulatory reporting product as a scalable transaction reporting platform. Own the complete product lifecycle from requirements gathering through execution and commercialization.Define Regulatory Workflows for multiple regulatory regimes (CFTC, EMIR, SFTR, MIFIR, ASIC, MAS, HKMA, JFSA, Bank of Israel, etc.). Translate complex regulatory requirements into product specifications, data models, and validation frameworks. Monitor Regulatory & Market Landscape - Stay current with evolving regulatory standards and proactively incorporate changes into product roadmap. Identify emerging regulatory regimes and assess commercialization opportunities.Drive Commercialization & Client Onboarding: Work with sales and implementation teams to identify market opportunities, qualify prospects, and support client acquisition. Gather client feedback to inform product roadmap priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.Regulatory engagement: Engage with industry bodies and regulatory forums to understand future regulatory directions.What You'll Need (7 Key Qualifications)Regulatory Tech Expertise: 8-10 years of experience in investment management domain or building/managing software technology products, with substantial experience in RegTech environments building transaction reporting solutions. Demonstrated expertise in developing and commercializing data products or SaaS platforms in financial services, particularly in transaction reporting.Deep Regulatory & Domain Knowledge of global transaction reporting regulations including but not limited to CFTC (Dodd-Frank Act), EMIR, SFTR, MIFIR, ASIC, MAS, HKMA, JFSA. Familiarity with regulatory filing formats, validation standards, and amendment/correction procedures.Stakeholder Management & Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders including clients, internal teams, and executives. Professional Attributes & Strategic Mindset: Outstanding academic background with advanced degree preferred (MBA, specialized certifications in product management). Intellectual curiosity and willingness to dive deep into regulatory nuances, market dynamics, and technical implementation details.
