With a strong delivery ecosystem and proven enterprise track record, RPS partners with Fortune 500 organizations globally.About the Role We are seeking a Sales Manager – International Business to drive revenue growth across international markets, primarily Middle East & Africa (MEA) and APAC (excluding India). This role is critical to expanding RPS’s global footprint by leveraging OEM partnerships and enterprise training capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Drive international revenue and gross profit growth across MEA and APAC regions. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for international IT training offerings. • Build and manage enterprise relationships with customers, partners, and OEMs. • Identify and penetrate high-spend markets such as Riyadh, Dubai, Singapore, and Johannesburg. • Convert global OEM partnerships into localized revenue opportunities. • Collaborate with internal delivery and operations teams for seamless execution. • Manage end-to-end sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting. • Negotiate and close high-value enterprise training engagements. Key Performance Indicators 1. Revenue growth 2. Gross Profit growth 3. Pipeline generation and conversion in international markets 4. Enterprise account acquisition and repeat businessIndustry Experience Preference 5+ years of experience in B2B Technology Training Sales with exposure to international markets. Preferred industries include IT Training (B2B), Cloud Services, Enterprise Software, OEM Partner Ecosystems, or Technology Consulting. Technical Proficiencies • CRM tools • Sales & Revenue Analytics, Forecasting • MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Outlook • LinkedIn Sales Navigator and market research tools • SharePoint, MS Teams, Zoom • OEM Partner Portals (Microsoft, AWS, VMware, Google Cloud) Any Other Specific Expectations • Strong cultural adaptability for global markets • Ownership of revenue and GP targets • Ability to build international markets from scratch • Strong collaboration with internal teams
