The role involves managing key accounts, developing new customers, working closely with dealers/channel partners, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction Key Responsiblities Sales & Business Devlopment Achieve sales targets for bottle filling and packaging mchinery Identify and develop new customers in FMCG, food & beverage, pharma, dairy, chemicals, and related industries. Generate leads through market visits, exhibitions, references, and chanel partners. Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate pricng and terms. Conduct customer visits. Ensure effective coverage and mrket penetration. Customer Reltionship Management Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (owners, plant heads procurement teams). Coordinate with service and application teams for machine installation, commissioning, ad after-sales support. Handle customer escalations and esure timely resolution. MarketIntelligence & Reporting Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends,and new product launches. Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, andMIS reports to management. Share market feedback to support product development and improvement. Key Requirements Educaton Any diploma/degre/BBA/MBA Experience & Skills Proven experience in selling packaging machinry or industrial capital equipment Strong understanding of packagingprocesses and customer applications Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Ability to travel extnsively within the assigned territory Poficiency in MS ffice and CRM tools Key Competencies Result-orieted and self-driven Strong customer focus Stratgic thinking and market development ability Team colloboration and cross-functional coordination
