Work closely with clients to define strategic roadmaps and ensure alignment with their IT service goals and operational needs.Team and project leadership: Provide expert guidance and leadership to project teams, coordinating daily tasks, assigning work packages, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be the central point of contact for clients and all project stakeholders.Consulting and solution design: Analyse and translate complex IT service requirements into scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.Configure and customize ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB / Asset Management.Ensure best practices, platform standards, and maintainable configurations.Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, including engage with IT leaders, Service Owners, and operational teams to understand requirements, manage expectations, and provide transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.Expert guidance and quality assurance: Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow ITSM, providing strategic advice and leading the team in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. Stay at the forefront of ServiceNow ITSM developments and contribute to knowledge-building within MHP’s ServiceNow communityBusiness development support: Support our sales teams by participate in pre‑sales activities, support proposal development, deliver demos, and articulate the value of ServiceNow ITSM to potential clients.QualificationsExperience: You hold a degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.You have at least 5 years of experience in an ServiceNow ITSM environment and implementation projects, with a significant portion of that time spent in a leadership or consulting role.IT Experience: Ideally you have a couple of years of experience in the area of IT operations / Service Management.ServiceNow Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB modules and their capabilities. Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM are highly preferred.Consulting & Leadership Skills: You are a natural leader with excellent interpersonal skills. Your communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are exceptional, allowing you to guide and inspire both internal teams and clients.Analytical Mindset: You are highly analytical, solution-oriented, and have a strong ability to understand user needs.
