Job Description

Role Overview:-The position is senior Technology Leadership role representing– Network & Cyber vertical for specific GEOs. They are responsible for driving all ongoing transformations and projects within the assigned GEO accounts, as well as supporting GEO growth in revenue, new customer acquisition, and new service offerings. The role also involves managing all technology‑related and project‑related escalations.Leaders in these roles will collaborate closely with the Network CSO, peer leaders, and industry OEMs to develop new service offerings for the Microland team and to support consulting engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesGEO & Account LeadershipProvide technology leadership for the Network & Cyber practice across the assigned GEO.Oversee all ongoing technology transformations, modernization initiatives, and project deliveries within GEO accounts.Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and proactive issue/escalation management.Business Growth & StrategyDrive GEO growth through:Revenue expansionNew logo acquisitionIntroduction and positioning of new service offeringsSupport responses to complex RFPs, solution designs, and customer presentations.Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor to CXO‑level stakeholders.Service & Solution InnovationPartner with Network CSO, internal leaders, and OEMs to conceptualize and launch new services aligned with emerging technologies.Lead innovation initiatives including automation, analytics-driven insights, and advanced service enhancements.Bring continuous improvement mindset to elevate offerings and delivery frameworks.Project Governance & Delivery ExcellenceOversee technology and delivery governance across projects within the GEO.Ensure structured delivery practices, milestone tracking, financial health, and risk management.Guide teams on architectural decisions, transformation blueprints, and technology best practices.People LeadershipLead, mentor, and grow high-performing technology teams across the GEO.Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation.Provide coaching on technology depth, customer handling, leadership behavior, and professional development.Required Experience & ExpertiseTechnical Expertise (Must‑Have)18+ years of progressive experience in Networking, Security & Cybersecurity domains.Strong background in Professional Services with hands-on exposure to:Core networking (Routing, Switching, Wireless, Load Balancing)Network Security (Firewalls, VPN, IPS/IDS, Zero Trust)Cybersecurity frameworks, SOC operations understandingCloud Networking & Cloud Security fundamentalsProven expertise across leading OEM ecosystems:Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, Aruba, F5, VMware, etc.Next-Gen Technology ExpertiseStrong delivery and advisory experience in emerging technologies:SD-WAN, SASE, SSENetwork AutomationAIOps / Observability platformsSecure Access & Zero Trust SolutionsAbility to architect, review, and evolve large-scale transformation programs.Leadership & Business Skills5+ years in senior leadership roles managing:P&L or financial governanceMulti-country deliveryLarge technical teamsHigh-value strategic programsDemonstrated ability to introduce new solutions/services and lead innovation initiatives.Strong experience in RFP management, customer workshops, and executive-level presentations.
