You will own ops + growth for OWN’s D2C and partner storefronts, ensuring clean launches, reliable availability, and quality sell-through with zero gimmicks and minimal cash burn.What is this role expected to drive:Mental availabilityDrive platform engagement through content and programs that brings to life the brand positioning and product propositions Communication on platform and channels via PDP’s, carousel images, test reports, voting and content led engagement on the platform Design and execute content in line with the brand principles and identify reasons for OWN to be the top of mind when anyone thinks proteinBuild and execute distinctive brand assets for OWN that makes OWN memorable and easily recallable for people when they are thinking to buy the categoryConsumer insights and AnalyticsIdentify consumer insights from shopper and buyer behaviour on and other partner marketplaces Deep interest in knowing what are the latent and unspecified needs of our consumers that we can address through our platformConsumer calls cadence: weekly consumer calls to uncover insights that would drive better content to commerce journey Must-have skills & experience2–3 years in D2C/ E-Commerce/ Quick-Commerce marketing, brand or category teams (FMCG or consumer internet)Strong program management: critical pathing, stakeholder comms Data mindset: Comfort with spreadsheets, bonus if you’ve used Mixpanel/ GA/ Looker Openness to work in an unstructured environment
